Fence Gallery is delighted to present Mark, Motion and Meaning a solo exhibition presenting the work of contemporary artist Alyssa Dabbs (b.1998).

Mark, Motion and Meaning brings together expressive paintings that explore the energy of gesture through warm tones of yellow, rust, and orange. Created through intuitive mark-making, the works capture moments of movement, layering colour and line to evoke rhythm, heat, and shifting light. Together, the paintings form a dynamic space where colour and gesture become a record of motion and emotional expression.
